Angela single handedly changed my life. At the start of 2013, I was 50 pounds heavier and got winded walking up a flight of stairs. I called Angela sobbing and explained that I wanted to change my life, but didn't know where to begin. Angela introduced me to the world of eating healthy and moving my body regularly. She transformed me from someone who could barely walk a quarter of a mile to someone who regularly runs races. I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for Angela - I consider myself supremely lucky to have trained with her, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I love being trained by Angela for so many reasons. First of all, she's a fellow teacher, so she knows what it's like to deal with a ridiculous amount of stress. Another reason is that she doesn't just show me what to do; rather, she teaches me in detail how to do each exercise and why it's beneficial for stress reduction and self-improvement. And best of all, Angela is patient, kind, and positive. Don't get me wrong, the workouts are challenging and really work me hard, but all without body-shaming or focusing on getting that perfect bikini body. I feel so inspired, self-loving, educated, and grateful for my wonderful body after working out with Angela.

Working with Ms. Gentile has been quite beneficial to my health in many ways...As a basketball coach, she made my body so sore, I would hold up traffic walking up the stairs! Conditioning was far from painless, but it was quick and fun. Doing wall sits with the team while screaming the lyrics to a Ke$ha song are part of the moments I will never forget. As a mentor, she taught me the importance of healthy eating. When I first wanted to start eating better, she was the first person I turned to. She explained the significance of a balanced diet and recovering properly so that I wouldn’t be as sore. She helped me design a meal plan that could be easily applicable to a busy teen as myself.
Essentially, Angela Gentile has set my foundation for what it is to live a physical fit and health conscious lifestyle. As a role model, she will continue to be an inspiration to me and I know she will always have my back.

I enjoyed working with Angela because she understood that not everyone’s goal is to run a marathon. Some of us just want to be a little more fit and active.
