Angela holds a B.A. in English from Fairfield University and a M.S. in Educational Leadership from Western Governor’s University. She maintains a professional teaching license in English and ESL/SEI and as an English Program director. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and is certified in Yoga Sculpt through Core Power Yoga.
As a veteran teacher in Boston Public Schools, Angela understands the demands of education professionals and the needs of their students. For over ten years, her dedicated work in English, ESL and Humanities classrooms incorporate creative opportunities for movement, team building practices and connectivity between mind, body and academics. Her experience extends beyond the classroom with her leadership roles as mentor teacher, club advisor and athletic coach for girls basketball and soccer.
Being an athlete, Angela is always moving! In 2012, she partnered with Boston Rising to run her second Boston Marathon and currently trains from boxing to yoga to HIIT workouts and everything in between!
